“The launch of SpinalHub.com.au saw the culmination of many months of collaboration, planning, content development and editing. As a website that had been specifically developed for people with spinal cord injury, it was critical that we were able to present content in a way that would engage and inspire the end user, and ultimately help them to learn.
“Briarbird played a pivotal role in achieving this. They provided advice and expertise around the information structure of the site, edited content to offer a consistent tone and voice, and worked closely with us around language and presentation to ensure optimal delivery of extensive and complex information. As a group of health professionals and managers with little to no experience in website development and the potential of it as an education tool, we found Briarbird to be the perfect partners in delivering our end product. Their patience, expertise and creativity was astounding and we are delighted to have had the pleasure of working with them.”
